The hotel is brilliant , fantastic service but unfortunately the
Wedding coordination didn’t do what she supposed to.
Our wedding was back in September but we still don’t have a proper marriage certificate! It was written with mistakes(what means I can’t register this marriage in my country). Debbie told us she will solve the problem and will send the new cert to us what she did. The fact is we never received it! Wedding coordinator is now ignoring our emails. By law in my country this marriage is not valid!
Anyone know what we should do now?

I have to give this place 5 stars. I went here while waiting for some people early on a Saturday morning . I decided on breakfast here. The reception I received here from the front desk to the Breakfast Ocean view area was superb. I actually received a warmer and more welcoming experience here than I did at the crane where I was staying originally. I'd like to recognize the servers, cooks, and hosts at the lower level restaurant for the breakfast buffet. But no one made me feel more welcome than the 3 ladies at the reception entry area . One employee in particular stood out. She not only explained everything to me and the hotel amenities, but also took the time and liberty to walk me to a breakfast area that, in her opinion ; was morw suited for me and she was right. They had amazing selections . I have to mention her by name. KIM RUDDER. She is probably the best decision hire made by this hotel for hospitality, professionalism, and making a guest feel welcome. Kudos to sea Breeze on their amazing staff.

Had the best 11 night stay of our lives here. Visited for our honeymoon & couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. The nicest staff we have ever met and the location is picturesque. Will not hesitate to return!

I've visited for day passes and then did a staycation weekend for my husband birthday. The space is beautiful, nicely decorated restaurants. I love the beach side dinning for lunch. There are 3 pool areas to enjoy. The luxury room was spacious, extremely comfortable and cozy. Huge bathroom, absolutely loved all the space in the room. When we visited it was pretty quiet looking forward to returning when they are functioning at full capacity.

Love love love the views here. The breakfast buffet is pricey and they definitely need to add more options especially for the price. Beneficial to stay than visit with a day pass.
The servers and water sports personnel were very kind and helpful, drinks were also great. Dinner menu looked good but we did not stay for dinner. Will definitely visit when I'm in Barbados again..

Wonderful staff treat you like family during your stay. Lots of options for both on-resort fun (ask Shawn) and off-resort excursions (front desk staff will arrange). The food is excellent! Good variety and a lot of good local options. Try the flying fish! The bartenders are very good at what they do and are happy to have a conversation with you while you drink (shout out to Akinola). This is a kid friendly resort and my kids enjoyed the kids' club (shout out to Damian). Rooms are well appointed and very clean.

Arrived at the hotel the day after it opened. The staff whilst very friendly and wanting to help were in desperate need of training and ran around like headless chickens. Bar staff didn't know how to make cocktails. Restaurant staff kept forgetting orders. Food on average took TWO hours from ordering until the first dish arrived as chefs prepared each dish individually! Food was excellent but 2 hours every day for 2 weeks for so tedious. Watersports team excellent and gave training for kayaks, wind surfing and catermerang. With proper management this will once again be an excellent hotel but until then I can not recommend.
