I would not call this a hotel but self catering apartments with restaurant onsite when it is open. This is run by separate people to the hotel. Rooms are in need upgrading badly. Even though we had booked a room in advance this was not available when we arrived as it had been given to somebody else. Even though this had confirmed this many times. Had to wait several days and move room again. All the management are interested in is making whatever money they can by getting the room booked at that time. No consideration for regular customers. Have to walk through terrible sewerage to get to the hotel when the weather is bad. Reception staff are generally good but it is not the same since Andrea left as she always went out of her way to help and nothing was any problem.

Great place for a small hotel, very nice people, great area on the south coast of the island with many stores and restaurants and best of all the beaches!!

Palm Gardens Hotel is a very economical place to stay, rooms are very clean, room service is available everyday, staff was knowledgeable and friendly especially Andrea, free Wi-Fi is included, Pool is clean and maintained.
Walking distance from the beach and other amenities such as grocery store, shopping, concenience, and nightlife.
Overall very pleased with our stay and would love to return!report this review -

It's affordable, and although it's not the biggest hotel they take pride in their hotel and keep things in tip top shape. Also the beach is literally across the street, and plenty of bars and hangout spots around.

Palm Gardens is a wonderful Hotel and I have no bad reviews for this hotel. This is our second time here and it's still as great as the first time we came.

I had a lovely time there, though my stay was a very short one.
The people there were accommodating, warm, friendly and nice.
