Nice place, next to the piste and lifts, good for families with children. Excellent food and friendly staff.

Definately worst hotel we have visited for years. Where can I start, first of all the hotel requires you leave your passport at reception all times (until check out) and they keep it in an open drawer, which anybody can access or steal it. After first days' registration, we wanted back our passports, but the woman director at desk, who is very rude does not wanted to give them back and after a long argument she threatened us calling the police,
why we do not know. Then we said that we were going to call our countries' consulate in Sarajovo and tell them our passports were unlawfully kept in hand. After more arguments and support of some other visitors, we finally got our passports back, but we were very upset. Other than this, the rooms are very basic even in B&B standards; there is only some thick blanlets in bed, not proper bedding with sheets. The food is not bad, but always cold and very very salty with limited choice. There is no real hot water in the breakfast, just warm water from tap. There is no black tea. There is no lobby at the hotel that you can have good time if the lifts are closed. The manager woman is very rude and unhelpful. Other personnel is generally helpful but they are afraid of the manager. One good thing, the young woman at the restaurant is very helpful, she is the only person serving there. We were very disappointed by the unfriendly approach here and not recommend staying here, there are better hotels in the area. Also we are very surprised that there is no public WC in lift area, so if you want to go toilet, you have to go a restaurant (whis is not welcome) or you have to go your hotel room, which is too much hassle, or you keep it for the day :-/. The rooms are nice decorated and, most important, clean and warm. The girl on reception (I think Marina 😊) is so kind, she told us everything we wanted to know and something that is good to know. The hotel is next to the ski center and in the center of the place, everything you need is around you. Also, they have a parking in front of hotel, that is important if there is so much snow. In the hotel you also have a caffe, it is nice decorated and comfortable. In rooms you have tv, wifi, hairdryer, work desk, closet, phone and in the price of your room you get sauna included. Really nice hotel. Recommend
