It's a new seeming hotel. Looks also huge, modern, clean, friendly. In the Olympic Village of Jahorina it's the only contemporary hotel. And the name of "Vučko" (the official mascot of the XIVth Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo) is a really big idea!

Not all professional. There are some good stuff and bad. Nice interior, good rooms.
They charge you spa in season. If you are taking private room in hotel, than everything is chargeable: cleaning, breakfast, spa, plus room is more expensive!

Hotel was good looking but housekeeping service was bad. Our room wasnt cleaned during 5 days and they have very under standart customer relationship management. We have to walk 50 m and pass a asphalt car way with our ski shoes for reaching the ski area every day.

Hotel is amazing. It has his parking in front. When you are entering in hotel on your left side is non smoking cafe, on your rigt side is smoking part. The reception is big down the hall and on the right is huge restaurant with excellent food and really polite staff. Part of the restaurant is bar and area for sitting, reading book or something. Also they have pharmacy, playingroom, wellnes, etc. Really amazing hotel

This place is great and such amazing value for money. I'm so impressed. Very large and comfortable apartments. Excellent spa attached to the hotel. We told them we had to pescetarians in our party and the manager discussed our meals with us and arranged for delicious fresh fish dishes to be prepared. Slopes are one moment away. I don't have a bad word to say about this place.
