  Nice and cozy place. Usually is crowded. The best thing for me that there is mesjid (praying room). It has great view.

  The location is good, very near from the airport and sarajevo. They need to invest in a better system for hanging ski jackets and ski boots.
  
  Restaurant: food generally good. MANSOOR an old waiter the best in the whole 6 days of stay in the hotel. He communicated well in English. Took good care of us when he was on the shift, played with the kids too. Their are 2 other waiters who has no clue what is English and always says no we don't have. Then we need to speak to reception and ask them we need that particular item. Then they would come to us and say you need to order from before.. seriously??!!.
  
  Skiing was good and it could be better.

  Everything they have is really for 5 stars, food and pastries, however non-alcoholic hotel makes it limiting so that takes 2 stars down hotel should be extended home for travelers that offers them everything!
