Good location in Ilidza but not good for families.

It is not even a Hotel, charter, bad customer service, smoking every where, parties until 6 am and no work ethics that we used to have in the America. They do not care. Manger is not polite, they have no manner. Please avoid. The worse ever in my life. They quote you a price then in the check out charge you extra. Manger threaten my young daughter. Fellow American, Avoid them please. Holiday Hotel is better and in the center of Sarajevo. It was Holiday Inn before but still have out ethics. Shame on them. They are not even a motel. No Doors, dirty hotel. I was planning to stay for a long time but three days and left.

You can hear noise at night (Friday-Saturday), but rooms are clean. You get a small shampoo and glass for drinking a water. Food was ok, it tasted good. I recommend this hotel. It was really fine. 😊
