Visited 2/18 @ 8:30. Service was horrific. I had veal scallopini. Veal was served cold and overcooked. Meat was tough as nails. Waitress needed help opening a bottle of wine. No cheese offered and no follow up for cocktails. Extremely disappointed!!!

I had the worst possible experience with my dinner order this past Sunday. I ordered Eggplant Parmesan and was given some dish that contained MEAT . I am a vegetarian who has not eaten meat in over 25 years. Three days later I’m still sick as a dog.
I kept inquiring is there meat in this dish and was told repeatedly no, not in eggplant.
Hello kitchen and staff — if you are not sure what has been served take it back

Had our first meal in Aruba last Friday 9/1. She had pan fried grouper fillet and I had seafood pasta(papardelle). Both always very good. Of course, we asked for extra funchi hasa! Staff was efficient but we missed Rodell who is no longer at Sole Marepossibly at L'Occidental(?)

I have been coming to Aruba for many years and my family was one of the first to enjoy Sole Mare. Much to my disappointed, this was not the case on my last visit in July. The service was terrible and the food was extremely salty. The staff was very un-attentive. Aruba has so many wonderful restaurants to enjoy. Unfortunately I will not go back to Sole Mare.

This is always one of my favourite meals when visiting Aruba. From the fried polenta with spicy marinara to the fresh spaghetti prepared in a giant parmigiana wheel, everything has that homemade touch. Their 'Vitello al Limone' wasn't half bad either. (especially when paired with their spaghetti arrabiata) Until we meet again Sole Mare, thanks for everything.

I am 13 and have been to Sile mate every year of my life and it's never changed. Every time it's always been delectable. My family always orders Spaghetti Formaggio Parmigiano and it is outstanding. The perfect combination between cheese, pasta and sauce. The sauce and the cheese combine into a delectable cheese sauce the chunk of tomato give an indescribable element and the past jut makes it that much better. As well as the way it is prepared is fantastic. The fire is marvelous and the fact that it is in a cheese wheel is extraordinary. The service was great we got in got seated our order was taken instantly and we got our food in no time. It was exceptional. As it always is and I can't wait to go back.

Excellent Italian cuisine, some of the best on the Island. The Spaghetti Formaggio Parmigiano which is an authentic Italian dish flamed with whisky at your table (for two) is wonderful. Great selection of items on the menu.

Sole Mare was fantastic! I ordered Chicken Palm for my first time and I know for a fact, I will never have Chicken Palm better than Sole Mare's Chicken Palm! The waiters and waitresses are super nice! Rodell was my waiter and he was great! He and the other waiters even let me help make my dads seafood by letting me put cheese on it!

A little off the main drag which is nice and the service was amazing. The food is great and the portions are a good size. Very nice Italian Ristorante. We will be going there again.
