Food was good. Liked the BBQ meal they served.
Service was a bit slow and confused. Servers were doing all types of other activities rather than taking care of customers.

Stopped here for a few drinks. Really nice spot on the pier but the service could have been a little quicker. Wasn't in a rush but we had to look for our waitress pretty often

Service wasn’t the best, but the food was very good especially the fish sandwich. The scenery is one of the best as you are sitting on the pier and have views on both sides. Staff is very friendly as well. Would have been 5 stars if the service wasn’t so slow.

Happy hour starts! They charge one dollar more for the beer, than before happy hour. I asked why. The man in the bar said everything is 5 dollar. Before happy hour the beer was 4 dollar. No signs that you could know this from. Bad!

Excellent, went on Wednesday @ 5pm, very open seating, but can see the crowd coming in by time I left. Staff was very courteous. Strongly Recommned.

Nice place to go at night and during the day. Dinner was good, with a nice view and very reasonable prices. Make sure to have reservation, otherwise prepare to wait in the evening. Lots of pelicans! And fish in the water-fun! Service was not bad.

Friendly staff and great value for money. From 4-6 it’s Captains Hour, drinks are $5. The Pelicans Kiss is delicious. The grouper sandwich was fresh and tasty. The food and fries could use a bit more seasoning, but I would totally go back.

This afternoon we went for sunset cruise. Started at 5:30.
Everything was great until I notice that a crew member ( slim guy, his name probably Rashid or something) was drinking, he had few drinks ( heavy alcohol).
I don't mind but I felt unsafe and lot of kids around.
Furthermore, we notice that the same guy was approching girls while on the boat.
Captain and bar guy were very good.

    Dinner was fine, friendly waiters.

I'm not a fan of seafood so I ordered one of the red meat options and I was a bit disappointed in my steak. It was not the medium rare I always ask. But incredible view and the other seafood dishes my friends ordered were good.

This pier had a lot of fish everywhere that was visible to the eye as you walked around the edge. The bartenders and servers were very doting. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the view. Food was delicious too!

The place with fresh fish. The service was good. The food is really good. The location for Hyatt very convenient. Be aware, at night they charge service fee around 15â„…. Tips not included. At lunch time they didn't ask service charge. I'd come again.
