Their pool closes at 9pm. But apparently they allow people partying and playing loud music in the public area after 11pm. Very inconsiderate and annoying.

The facility itself was nice, nestled in a quiet part of town about 1.5 km from the best restaurants, night life, and beaches. The reason for the 3 stars is the room had a musty mold smell the hotel staff did nothing to mitigate, the master shower got no hot water, and the $%#! fire alarm went off no less than 50 times in the 8 days we stayed there.

Cuando hice la reserva por Booking en ningún lado decÃa que al llegar debÃa dar un depósito de U$500 dólares. Adicional a esto nos entregaron el apartamento y la recepcionista simplemente salió y se fue, no hubo alguien que me guÃara o me indicara nada y cómo bobos esperando 20 min para saber dónde era. El lugar es elegante y bonito pero es tan solo que da miedo, su ubicación NO es para nada la mejor sino tienes carro, pues el alrededor no es nada agradable, cuadras feas y edificios abandonados, una gasolinera al frente que no tiene casi nada de mercado.
Cuando es mi dÃa de salida me habÃan asegurado, es más escrito desde mi llegada que tenÃa plazo de quedarme en el apartamento hasta las 2 pm, pues este no estaba arrendado, adicional que viajaba con una bebé y tenÃa vuelo hasta las 6:30 pm de regreso a mi paÃs y simplemente a la salida la manager me dice que me tienen que cobrar un extra por el check out late, adicional que no querÃan devolverme el boucher del depósito.
Aquà no saben que es el servicio al turista, no hay quien te guÃe en nada, dicen que hablan 4 idiomas pero no hablan ni uno bien. No recomiendo este lugar y menos viajando con niños.. está ha 20 min caminando de la parte hotelera o la playa, mejor uno paga algo más pero se asegura que lo atiendan bien y este bien ubicado.response / report this review -

El sitio cuenta con piscina, parrillas, cancha de tennis, estacionamiento e ingreso con tarjeta. Las instalaciones son de alta calidad y de muy buen gusto. Si bien no esta tan cerca del centro de Palm Beach tampoco se encuentra lejos. De todas maneras lo ideal para moverse en Aruba es un auto.
