One of the best locations in Aruba for sun and fun. We loved the tiki bar pool. The staff all go the extra mile to make you feel very comfortable. Great rooms with great views. You'll thoroughly enjoy your stay at Divi (aka Phoenix).

Excellent resort,Will for come back here. Not much entertainment, but everything is close by. Great place for relaxing vacation.

I would not recommend this place to anyone..The service here sucks and the hospitality is the worst..This is my 5th time in Aruba because I did like coming here but it seems so much has changedThe once Happy Island is so very Unhappy..no one smiling or greeting it feels like this resort is self serviceWe walked in here on Tuesday no one at the entrance to greet you or help you with your luggage..No one in the lobby was welcoming at all..The only person that was friendly was the lady at the concierge desk and I'm only assuming that was because she was trying to sell us somethingI paid a nice penny to come celebrate my husband's Birthday in this resort and had not I loved my accommodations I would have checked out..When I first arrived to my room there was still food left in the refrigerator..smhIm just so disappointed and would never return hereand then you want to offer me Time Share??!! Never in a million years

While this is not full of people looking to party all night long, those places are a short walk away. We enjoy the quiet pleasures of a laid back resort that actually allows a person to relax and escape the rush & buzz!!!

Resort is beautiful, beaches are very nice, pools are outstanding, staff are fairly attentive. WiFi is horrible even after a recent upgrade. Rooms need to be better inspected and better maintained as both phones did not work, jacuzzi was broken even after several calls to have it fixed, bulbs were out, tiles were broken.
This is a wonderful resort, and we had a nice experience. If management wants to to keep this resort first class, they must do more.response / report this review
