Facility is nice. Comfortable reclining seats. The latest releases. The only thing that has gotten out of hand is there are too many promos before you get to the feature film

Maybe 4 years ago I would've have given this place 5 star and even 3 may be too generous for the lack of service and quality I get there.
If it's only the movie you're going for then it's good. Don't expect anything else.

One of the two theaters/cinemas on the island and it is also the bigger one. If you have time before the movie you can easily kill time around the area.

Big screen, good surround system but Poor quality of service. Ticket office is regular waiting and to buy food takes too long. Waited in-line for 45 minutes to buy something to eat, because of this we lost 35 min of the movie and did not even received the whole order. After placing the order it took another 40 minutes to received the rest of the order. And the worst part is, the next day we all woke up with foodpoisening. Don't buy food/snack at the cinema.

Went to see the Rogue One premier at this theater. Very clean, modern theater. The picture was beautiful and the audio was flawless. But I really wish they had more control over the guests in attendance during large scale premiers, staff was freely letting people cut in line wherever and whenever they wanted.
