Great place. It is the only pizza hut on the island that has a playground. You can organize birthday celebration and they have a special server designated for this area. Food is good as always.

I ordered pizza to come to my hotel. I assumed I could pay by credit card because the staff didn't say otherwise. The guy shows up 25 minutes later than was promised and he tells me he called my room and spoke with me and that he's been waiting for me. I told him he dialed the wrong room number, he calls me a liar. I then find out they only take cash. I called and spoke to their manager, he was rude to me and said "you should have told us you wanted to pay by credit card" like HOW WAS I SUPPOSE TO KNOW. Since they offer the service they should have told me.

Steer clear of this pizza place, they are rude and obviously don't know how to run a business

Absolutely disgusting customer service from this branch I ordered 2 small pizzas cinnamon sticks and 5 wings in buffalo sauce, when my delivery arrived I received everything minus the wings, now the fun really starts I call them up and asked for boneless wings to which I was told they do not do them, so I requested bone in wings, when i received our meal no wings arrived upon ringing this branch more than 5 to 6 times to find out where they was, I was then told "when I told you we didn't do boneless I thought you didn't want them" when I had ordered them, she then admitted it was her fault, but if they send the wing out I have to pay 8 bucks! They should send them for free for being at fault as compensation, no clue about customer service, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM HERE, diabolical service and staff that can barely understand simple English

The delivery service is really bad, we received the pizza 2 hours after we ordered it and it was cold. The pizza was not good and we didn't finished it and you have to know that if you like pizza you have to finish it, its a matter of honor!!

If you're American like me and you are familiar with fast food pizza delivery, then please do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from these folks. Now it's not about being a demanding, belligerent and impatient American (all of which I can be). It's about the 90(yes 90 minute) delivery time. It's being on the phone,m meticulously explaining your order only to be told they do NOT deliver to my hotel. It's not being told (unless you ask) they they do NOT take credit cards only CASH, which puts you on the spot if you don't have the right amount for a tip when the driver may finally show up. It's the "Aruban resort like" attitude given to most Americans, who are guilty themselves of the lack of quality rampant on this island. I went to Burhger King, rented a bike to get there, biked 5 minutes. Was back in my hotel with hot fresh complete food in less than 15 minutes. Do yourself a favor, opt for burgers instead of pizza. You'll be a lot more satisfied and you'll get a little workout in the process.

They said they did not take credit cards when I ordered over the phone THEN the driver showed up with no change?!?!?!! So I thad to tip the guy $15. Not to mention they said 45 minutes and it took an hour and 15 minutes. BEWARE

Staff is very nice and always helpful, and handle rush-hours very well. This Pizza Hut's onion soup is better than any other Pizza Hut onion soup I've tried.

On the side you: The playground is huge and air conditioned. Great for renting for a kids party!

Pizza Hut, wel known for their pizza's, lasagne and hut wings (mild or hot). You can rent the back area for birthday parties where they have arcade games and play towers for kids. Overall great service and good food. You can make a reservation or just walk in. Delivery is also available or you can order and self pick up.
