This was a much cooler stop than I thought it would be. The free tour is actually quite informative and if you're there on a day they harvest the aloe (we were luckily) you can see the whole process.
The store had a ton of products, they are kinda pricey but they are pure aloe and they seem like quality items. We've enjoyed the ones we've used so far.response / report this review -

This factory is very impressive. I have been to other aloe farms before and this is by far the best one. The museum quality history display is very educational. The views of the factory is impressive. I love that they post exactly what you are seeing to you know what is going on. They even tell you what product they are making today. The best part was the brief video clips showing what happens in the rooms that were not in use today. We did the self guided tour though there is also a tour guided tour. Both tours are free. After the tour you can shop for gifts to take home. The staff is amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. Just tell them what you are looking for and they will show you the best product the have for you. I have read complaints about their pricing. I thought they were reasonable for the quality of the product. The prices are equivalent to what I'd pay in the states for products like these. If you are looking for inexpensive products this is not the place for you. I highly recommend their burn cream and after sun lotion.

A very interesting tour of the facilities and helpful explanation of the products. If you have a couple of hours and you plan to purchase some Aloe Vera products anyway, you should visit.

Amazing sorry 15 minute free tour including the field and the factory, no appointments necessary we just walked in, ample parking, super nice staff, awesome gift shop, would definitely recommend if you are into Aloe products!

The tour was fun and informational and the gift store at the end had a lot of good buys. Definitely recommend the tour for tourists. Don't forget to stop at the station outside.

Nice aloe factory. Even though the tour was short we got to see the process of turning aloe to soaps, medicine and skin cream. Very informative. Would have liked a longer tour.

Beautiful local factory with international recognition. Has a great cat walk where you get ample explanation on the process of fabrication. At the end of the tour you get the store where you can buy all the products they make. Great fun for kids age 6 and up.

Museum itself is pretty small, yet the interior and showcased items are nice and interesting to look at. Products in the shop are really good, but a little bit expensive.
