Very disappointed. This place is a dump. The lobby is a joke. The hallways and the room are dirty, ugly and old. There is no hot water. The toilet is continually running. The room is perpetually humid and everything feels wet. If my wife was with me she’d refuse to stay for five minutes. I’m going to go down the street and see if there is any availability elsewhere. I’ll gladly spend the extra money.

We spent a wonderful week at Brickell Bay Beach Resort. Every person who works here is very nice. The rooms are clean and nice size. The location to shopping, restaurants and the beach is great.

Don't let the pictures fool you. The place is dirty, smelly, not well maintained, poor service, very uncomfortable bedding/pillow, poor air conditioning (didn't really even work). Overall, it was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in in terms of comfort. I just felt like I wanted a shower the entire time I was in there as it just felt grungy. The one nice thing about it is relatively close to the beach. And keep in mind, take my word for it if you want, I usually don't complain about hotels and can stay almost anywhere. I would never consider doing this again and would pay easily an extra $200 to stay somewhere nicer on beachfront. This hotel single-handedly ruined my vacation in Aruba. Avoid at all costs!

We just arrived again for the first time in years! We recall a lot of great service and amazingly cheep food! But I have been very disappointed this vist! The price is no problem compared to other hotels but the money is worth other hotels. When we first walked in the floor was dirty. It was greasy and brown. I walked on a damp towel across the floor and a giant black glob of grease and dirt was on the floor! I was disgusted. The workers did not welcome or wave and looked depressed to be back at work. The only nice people were the pool bar service and the night front desk management. The pool is very small and no one is ever out. The food was super expensive. My other family staying in another room called it “glorified camping “ this place is truly an embarrassment and is not a 3 star hotel! I would barely give it any.

The bed is amazing. Just what you need after a long day on the beach or walking. Rooms have exactly what you need for a vacation. Fantastic shower. The staff is really nice and the chocolates service is a great detail to make you feel at home.

Smaller boutique property with limited amenities. Had a swim-up bar but no Jacuzzi. Three poolside cabanas for rent. A nail & spa salon poolside. On-site restaurant. Conveniently located in the middle of the resort zone.

Many rooms are bare bones and almost gross but most rooms are decent. The staff is kind, joyful and helpful. The pool are and pictures on the website are a little deceitful but its a short walk to the beach, the shops are nearby and no kids.

They kick people out of the beach chairs and huts at 5pm so that they can lock up all the chairs. Pool closes at 7pm, but pool bar closes at 6pm. The pool chair covers are AWESOME though. The maid service was so-so. Didn't leave toiletries and only one set of towels/wash cloths even though we kept saying we needed 2 sets since 2 people were staying in the room

The condensation in the room was really quite awful, it created a film of water on the tiled floors that made them always feel cold and wet. Left dirty footprints too as a result. The bed sheets also felt cold and wet. A.C. was very loud. The half open shower constantly caused water to splash onto the bathroom floor. The shower was also leaking into the rest of the bathroomour feets were constantly wet, had to place numerous towels on the floor. No microwave, window doesn't open. apart from the disappointing hotel room, the staff, restaurant and whole island of Aruba was fantastic!!!

This place was in the perfect area.It is centrally located and close to great restaurants and activities. It is not oceanside but a short walk and you're in the water. The rooms are clean and the staff was very helpful. Great value for your money if you're looking to experience the island.

This is a nice place and I'm glad I stayed there. I liked the pool area a lot -- they have nice cabanas and swim up bar. This was my favorite place when I wasn't on the beach. There is also a little massage place on premise next to the pool but I didn't try it. The Italian restaurant is very good -- good variety of food for many tastes and budget, and good facilities. The restaurant has tables/service on the sidewalk and also "inside" -- inside is actually open to the outside air and that setup is quite nice considering it's Aruba.

Finally, the staff -- front desk clerks, bellhop, bartenders, housekeepers, servers -- were all helpful and friendly. They seemed to all be trained in "low key" hospitality without the rote pleasantries apparent at chains.

Used to stay there a lot on business. Good location in the middle of palm beach hotel strip. Rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Only thing it is not on the beach. However very close to it. 100 yards away is palm beach. They do have a restaurant and bar onsite. There are a ton of restaurants around.

Every room is noisy (night club behind the property w/out good sound proofing). We had to move rooms 4× due to broken AC or appliances. This place falsly advertises a lot of items. The "free" breakfast consists of two bread options (no eggs, fruit, or drinks). The rooms are not cleaned well. The only reason I gave it two stars is the fact that the service and workers were friendly and helpful.
