Great place to stay! You need a rental car to get here. Showers are like warm and never get hot. Beautiful grounds!
I highly recommend this place to stay in Aruba. We stayed there for 6 days, nice apartments as on their pictures. Situated in the middle of the island, everything becomes easy to reach by car. Owner and staff were very nice and helpful we did enjoy our stay at Punto di Oro and hope to come back!
Great location if you're looking for the all around Aruban experience. Super friendly staff and a very relaxing atmosphere!
This was a wonderful place to stay. If you don't want to stay at a hotel on the beach but want to be near it all then this is your place! You need a car for most of what you'd want to do as cabs are pricey. This hotel rents carsit is best to reserve one a head of time depending on when you are going. It is a short drive to anywhere you would want to go. A short walk gets you to a lovely little local place to eat called Sacowe had the best chicken sandwich ever! We also ordered a whole chicken with rice and yucca to heat up on Christmas day. The hotel had a BBQ that you could reserve that we used to warm it up. The staff were friendly, helpful and answered emails in a quick manner. The pool was nice but cold, the beds were comfy, the room was clean, there was a grocery store a short walk away. We had two bedrooms with queen size beds and their own washroom. Would definitely stay here again.
The place was good. Perfect for a group &family reunion

Excelente.
Stayed there for 2 weeks, staff was nice and the price was also good compared to high rise hotels. You do need a vehicle if you're staying there, as it appears on google maps you may think that supermarket is there, bus stop is also close by but the location is incorrect. Its south of the marked location and isolated from everything. I had difficult time finding it driving from airport. The only landmark that helped me was WEMA store, once you find that its a few blocks south from it, look for punto di oro signs.Essentially you're staying in a quiet suburban area, not much going on. They have a security guard that works at night, a pool with fountain and gazebo with coffee and vending machine. I stayed in 2 bedroom 2 bath with kitchen. It was renovated and had granite countertops. All floors are tile. Fairly clean, and housekeeping comes everyday at random hours in the morning and afternoon. The reason why i rate it at 3 stars is because ive encountered a cockroach problem, primarily in my bath. Huge cockroaches. Also, air conditioning needs separate drains for water as it floods patio with puddles of water. Moreover, a swimming suit disappeared but we're not sure whether it was due to theft but after searching for it everywhere we gave up.
