  Good service. No complaints. We got our rental car in airport right after arriving and return it before our flight back.

  Worst customer service with Budget.I booked 6 months ago and they did not have the model I booked available.Got my car finally after the second day.They wanted to send me away when I was suppose to switch the car to the model I booked.Only after arguing with them they made some phone calls.and surprise I got my car..Not very organizedthe customer doesn't seem to bee their first priority.
  Budget on Aruba.Never again.

  Ok so I never write reviews but this is a must! Guys if you coming to Aruba and it's absolutely amazing island please do yourself a favour and NEVER NEVER rent a car from Amigo car rental! First of all their 'free pick up and drop off' is total bluff!!!
  I rented a car from them for a day than decided to keep it for 7 and they told me to come by next day which I did and they quieted me one price which I was totally ok with. Over the phone and in person the next day I declined 'extra daily insurance'.
  On last day of my vacation when I decided to call them just to make sure I can bring it to airport and all (as they have office there) they told me I owe 100$ more on topthe original quote and extra 10$ for airport drop off. So I decided to go there in person. They were so rude, the called some imaginary boss (who refused to speak to me) and said I have to pay or they take my car away a day early and call police on me because I only agreed to pay what I was qoated on. The experience was absolutely horrific and none of their staff have no clue or pretend they don't have a clue who's responcible for what. There are soooo many car rentals on the island, do yourself a favour avoid the headache

  DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE! After a long tiring flight we got to the rental agency and we're told that we had to wait an hour for our car which was being brought from the other side of the island.

  best prices on the island..they pick you up at the airport & take you back when you leave..great servicesome of the cars are older..but they have convertable s..& soft top jeeps..great for riding around

  They are not located at the airport but someone will be waiting to pick you up and drive you a few minutes down the street. Everything seemed fine at first. We rented a sedan, Toyota Corolla. We did not realize that one of the tires was completely rotted when we picked up the vehicle. Thank goodness it didn't completely rupture while we were driving and no one was hurt. Unfortunately the tire whose entire side surface was rotten finally gave out the day we were leaving to the airport. We called and they did not have availability to pick us up in time to make our flight. We had to pay another company to do so. Further, we were unable to take the car to the gas station to fuel up before drop off (for obvious reasons) so when they picked up the vehicle they charged is $60 ($20 per 1/4 gallon) to fuel it up and refused to even charge us at cost of actual fuel when it was their own negligence that led to this situation in the first place. Won't recommend their services to anyone. Poor customer service and negligent behavior overall.

  We rent from Amigo 10- 12 times a year. We always get good service and occasional road service when needed. We own a home on Aruba and count on them to provide whatever vehicle we need. 12 pass van, Izuzu trucks, or SUV. They lady at the airport is grumpy but will always chuckle if you give her a chance. Rent for a day or a week. We always get treated fairly.
