  The online ordering was easy. The floral arrangement was lovely and very high quality, and larger than I expected. I was very happy with the process and the finished product. Delivery was prompt. I highly recommend Flamingo Florist - a long-standing local Nowra business. Thank you

  I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my elderly parents for their 60th Wedding Anniversary & I asked when ordering that a photo be sent to me via SMS. They young girl on the phone took my details, then phoned me back to say that she could not SMS a photo, but could they email me instead. They were prepared to do that for which I was very grateful.
  On the day, the flowers were delivered & my parents phoned me to say that flowers had been delivered & they tried to describe them to me as best they could, but I told them that I was expecting a photo of them from the florist anyway. When no email arrived, I phoned the florist & spoke with Annette who was very apologetic, but told me that they NEVER send out photos and that the girl I spoke to the day before was only new & didn't know (even though I was sure that she asked someone else about this) & too late anyway, the flowers are gone.
  My parents are both in their 80's, they don't know how to send photos via SMSthey can't use messages on their mobile phones as it is.
  Sooo not happy!!! I really wanted to see what I had paid for! If I had known that they would not send me a picture, I would not have ordered flowers through them in the first place.
  
  POST SCRIPT:
  
  Within a few minutes Macey phoned me to say that she had taken the photo, but had not had a chance to email me. She also hadn't said anything to her boss about doing this for me.
  When the email came through, the arrangement was beautiful & I was most pleased with it.
  I really hope that Macey doesn't get into strife over this & maybe management should consider offering this service to their clients.
  It would be a point of difference between them & their competition.

  Just love what Peter, Annette and their team offer. Love to have a chat, always a smile and accommodating to all of your needs. From one who loves to receive flowers, I couldn't think of a better gift or company to use for my own clients. Your flowers and arrangements are always of the highest quality and the feedback received by those who receive are always outstanding and complimentary of your business.
  Wouldn't use anyone else.

  I have received a few arrangements from Flamingo Florist and have always been very satisfied. My husband ordered an arrangement for me today that was delivered to my home and I can honestly say they are the most beautiful and healthy flowers I have ever received. Highly recommend Flamingo Florist.
