Great place. Very cosy and comfortable. The small cottage caters to 4 guests or 4 couples. The room I was in is fully contained with ensuite which was very nice. The bed was a little to hard for me. But the pillows and quilt was nice. The room had a small electric fireplace. The room also has a TV with local channels only. There is also free WiFi. The kitchen is a shared space. I would say it is a home away from home feel. Amenities are modern and clean. Breakfast was supplied and cooked fresh in the morning by Carol the owner who is kind and welcoming. For the price I paid I feel I had value for money and privacy but I do not think I could stay longer than an overnight stay as it is only a bed and breakfast. Thanks and if I'm ever back in Nowra for an overnight stay I'll come back.

The rooms are comfortable and really well appointed. The hosts are lovely. My only problem with the room was that the bathroom door stuck and was noisy and the outside shutter beat against the window while it was windy and kept waking me up.

The Pines was a fabulous find for a one night escape from Sydney. Our hostess Brooke ensured we had a relaxing holiday and a great base to compete in a local cycling event. The heritage cottage was very comfortable, afternoon tea and breakfast were excellent, we were directed to an excellent local restaurant for dinner, and we slept well.
