I made an NBN order with Telstra. I was told 3 to 4 weeks. So i cancelled it and went to Optus Nowra.My NBN through Optus Nowra store is set up and running in 4 days. I was served by a young gentleman who was new to the job. His passion to get it right the first time was amazing. Always checking with senior staff if he wasnt sure. I was very impressed. The customer service was second to none.
