Have never had such woeful service at optus at woden. Staff dont even know how to complete their own forms. Stay clear from optus, have been with them for 10 years but thoroughly disgusted with their customer service or lack of it! Would never go back to them after this experience.

Worst customer service. Most unfriendly store manager who's care factor is zero about customers issues. Although she knew that I was an unhappy customer she did not take one step to solve the problem. Wouldn't even make eye contact! Complications unlimited comes with Optus.If you can't avoid optus,atleast avoid their woden store.
