Great little pub, cook your own steaks, restaurant and a bar. There is a lovely beer garden that is fantastic during summer. It has a great mixed crowd. I had my meet and greet there before my wedding, event organisers were lovely and helpful and everyone was satisfied with the food and drinks.

Really enjoyed it here. Went with a really big group and the staff were excellent looking after us all. Food high quality with the ribs the highlight. Service was great too. If you are ever in Canberra drop in and enjoy. Has a nice garden out the front too perfect for summer.

Good serving sizes. They do pub meals well (but avoid anything "fancy"). Usually serve excellent ribs. Large outdoor area.

Unpretentious, Warm Place

Cook your own steaks (and other grill items such as chicken breast, snapper, salmon and more) at reasonable prices.

Get beer, wine at the pub to dine in or takeaway alcohol from the bottle shop.

Warm, unpretentious environment. Enjoyed our short time there.

A vibrant pub, this venue seems to cater to most occasions. I've been many times and always enjoy cooking my own steak on the indoor grills or a game of pool in the back room. Have more than once had a late night here and always feel welcome and have a great time.

Great chips and gravy. The chips and gravy made me pump my fist in joy. They made a delightful kids burger for my son and the staff looked after him and made feel at home with some colouring books and pencils.

Great food here. Love the atmosphere in the restaurant section. Cosy during winter. Fast service and friendly staff. We had steak and salmon which were delicious. Good for families but busy during peak times and hard to get a table. Ring ahead and reserve if you can.

Awesome place for a beer.
Very traditional pub. Great beer selection. Great pub food and restaurant food. Although easy to get lost in all the different rooms and areas.

Great local pub. Option to grill your own steak which is a plus! Great restaurant menu with a variety of foods on offer. Nice beer garden to eat in with no smoking. Wide selection of beers and ciders on tap. Food is always good and prompt. You can always expect a quality meal here.

One of the few traditional pubs in Canberra. Decided to sit outside in the Beer garden, very pleasant on a sunny day. Food traditional pub meals, moderately pricey but good servings. Nice atmosphere if not crowded.
