Great pancakes, excellent service, friendly staff, wonderful decor, great for the whole family, great meal selection and excellent value for money, well worth a visit, the only issue I could make was the stairs to get in the restaurant is downstairs was an issue getting the pram down however the staff came to our aid helping to carry it down and up

Great pancakes. Loved having both savoury and sweet options, and the seating area is nicely atmospheric and semi-private, which allowed us to focus more on the food and our food-buddies. A bit expensive, but located very close to bus interchange.

They do a great student offer and the staff here is very helpful and amicable. The food is always of the best quality and the drinks on offer a great too!

The food was great!!! Pancake were just awesome. Service was pretty bad had to wait an hour for someone to take my order and there were only 2 other people there. Took 45 mins for my food to come out shoot. Then waiters didn't even ask us how we were doing. To top it all off they gave me the wrong order. If you can look past all that then the food is real good. I looked passed all that and went back the next day service was the same and food was really good again lol.

Very quick and friendly. Kids loved pancake with egg and bacon. (Brunch) As quoted by kids "its heaven". For parents its great not to fight to get kids to eat. Great start to holiday

Been here a couple of times now and I always receive great service and great food. Always confused when I see bad reviews as it seems that within minutes after I order the waitress/waiter is there with smile and my pancakes. I also love the options for students, great for the budget! Hope to try out the buckwheat pancakes next time.

Pretty ordinary. Not bad but not spectacular. Kids love it. Play chess with the big chess board. If you really crave pancakes, it's fine.
