The service I got was awesome. I got my cakes delivered in a good condition as it was. The delivery was first thing in the morning for which I didn't had to wait. 101% satisfaction.

I had a booking for removal of a bed at 7:30 and was contacted by Tim at 7:20 that he had already arrived and was ready to start moving. Not only did Tim let me change up my order hassle free but he was both a gentleman and a great bloke to have a chat with. He really made my moving experience enjoyable (as much as moving a bed at 7:30am could be) and he made such a good impression on my mum that she now wants to deal with him exclusively when they make a move in the coming years. Really top notch customer experience and I hope he gets some recognition for being a bloody good worker. Pretty sweet mullet too.

The price was extremely competitive, and it was very easy to arrange what I needed. Everyone I spoke to on the phone had a "nothing was a problem attitude" and were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Again this was the same with the driver, who could not have been more helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending Yellow Express to anyone.
