Family owned and operated. Craig, (no, not me you judgemental fools), Karen and their family have poured their lives into creating a service for Motorcyclists in Perth.
It's not a glamorous glitter glazed motorcycle emporium, it's not a Japanese/USA/UK/Euro enslaved and branded cookie cut out outlet.
It's a traditional, old school, down to earth motorcycle shop.
You simply don't find shops like this around anymore.
Take a breath, a deep one, relax before you act like the self entitled ebay searching god you think you are.

This is a REAL motorcycle repair shop.

They will repair, refit, replace, and re-tread your bike.
They have a good, decent range of gear to boot, (pun excused please)
They're even open on Saturday, after lunch, (Shock & horror!).

If your visiting, Karen likes her chocolate, and bribes of that nature go quiet aways. And Craig, well, he likes his coffee on occasions.
Pat the friendly dogs, spend sometime gettin to know them, because if your in town for anytime longer than overnight, I tell you this now, you're going to need their help.
Maybe not now, or a couple of months away, but if you ride a bike, your gonna end up here for sooner or later, it's how Perth works.
If you phone for a price, it's realistic, that couple of dollars more you pay goes into the LOCAL economy, not China's.
Things take time over here, get a grip, your on the West Coast, it's gonna take awhile for anything to arrive/get done/assessed.
Park the bike up, leave it in safe hands if it has to be, they'll take care of the ol girl for you, no worries.
It's a Motorcycle shop, a REAL motorcycle shop.
Experience it, support it.

been dealing with this shop since i was a kid through primary school and high school i am now 52 and still deal with this shop ive never had a problem and they are always willing to help, now my son has work done on his motorcross bike there and always comes back in top condition and running better then ever have recomended this shop to friends and they keep going back

Shocking customer service. This company delayed my repairs for two month! Did not even apologized, as if this wasn't their fault. Both owners have no clue what is customer service and how they should talk to people. Just rude all the time, I have no idea who works with them and why, I had to deal with them because of RAC. If I knew they are so bad, I would never trust them with my bike. Avoid this company at all costs.

Very unreliable. Ordered sprockets and chain and took 3 weeks to get half of the order. Doesn't return calls, extremely poor service. My dollars will be going elsewhere from now on!

well what disappointment there guys were ..ordered bars.. air cleaner& offered \custom advice & work done & nothing but all talk no action i waited a week then called to ask if parts had arrived fort he told me the bars are out of stock but my air filter was on the way & would be here the next day so i waited for a call no call so i rang them then he tells me no air filter im like really but u told me its on the way nope no call to let me know wanted the bike ready for a bike run & now i cant go well i think this shop is the worst in Perth should call & let your customers know instead of making them wait like fools

Over a year ago I had a couple of scooters that were writtin off, too much hassle to deal with. I arranged with the owners of motorcycle pit stop that they could have the scooters as I had no use of them (they agreed to take them). Originally I filled out transfer of ownership papers but they assured me they needed different papers because of the business they were in, so I filled out their paperwork and off we went (They knew full well I had given them the bikes to do with as they please, i no longer owned them).

Fast foward to now and I have a fine in the mail because I havent returned the license plates belonging to the scooters. The owners either didn't hand in the paper work or what they told me about the paper work was a stack of lies.

I called them to ask them to transfer ownership into their name but they don't want to as now there is a fine attached to them.

They now have two free scooters and I am a student who now owes a fine to the DOJ, great work guys, Id give no stars if I could.
