Had 3 account managers that were pretty useless and made pricing errors on fb campaign and took no responsibility. In the end I got legal advice and they were still sending invoices. An absolute joke. I notice when reading other comments they only reply to positive comments (which I don’t believe) just shows you they don’t care. Never ever again!!!

You pay through the nose for very little outcome and no guarantee. No work done for months at a time. Tell me it’s all done in the first month. Then why am I continuing to pay per month. Iv had better results doing SEO myself. 4/20 keyword and 2 were previously ranking is not acceptable. Dont waist your money. Customer service have no idea, uneducated and don’t really care either.

Worst company to deal with - they have absolutely no idea how to run an SEO campaign and will lock you in for 12 months without any ROI. Do not engage in their service - worst business $$ I ever spent. Found a much better company now and actually getting big ROI without being locked in. Disgusted by WME - great sale's people with no results. Easy when they lock you in for 12 months. You can thank me for not engaging their services!!!

We've been using WME for a number of years now and they are always helpful and available. These days as a business you have to be up on social media and WME have had some really good advice and ideas on this which has really helped the website get ahead.
