Great experience in getting a wisdom tooth out quickly. Marileen is an absolute excellent asset to this business. Dr Nasser was excellent.

I've now visited twice - once I saw Dr Nasser for my wisdom teeth and he was very professional and I had very little pain. I also might of told him he was cute [while on sedatives] and he very professionaly ghosted me. Today I saw another dentist here for a clean - she was super thorough! The receptionist Marileen is lovely too, she's obviously very busy but also always smiling and in high spirits (rare in many dental practices I've visited).

Was very skeptical of this place due to the overall “budget Vibes” I got from the website, however, after coming down with severe wisdom tooth pain out of no where, and finding out because of covid restrictions I would need a proper oral surgeon rather than my usual dentist (also due to the complexity of the teeth in question), I took a chance with these guys. I did have some issues with receptionists and their systems, but it’s a crazy time which I get can cause issues. However overall I was shocked. Great location, the actual dental clinic is clean and professional and Dr Nasar was great, no nonsense and to the point. The surgery went great, I remember nothing of what probably would have been a traumatic experience, and my gum has already healed immensely in just a week. Happy to have found this gem of a clinic and will be returning to get rid of my other wisdom teeth when I can.

Dr Pinho did my wisdom teeth removal in early 2017 (4 removed under general anaesthesia) and I could not have been happier with the whole service. Surgical removal + anaesthetic + day hospital fees was around $2000. The fact that their team was specialised in wisdom teeth removal gave me a lot of confidence as well. The anaesthetist was fantastic - I took about a week off work but there wasn't much pain at all and I didn't end up needing the really strong painkillers.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed under general. During the initial consult Dr Pinho was very helpful, walked me through everything, made some suggestions RE treatment and made sure I understood completely what needed to be done and why. Day of surgery the team at Windsor Private were fantastic, Dr Pinho and the anesthetist (who's name escapes me) had me in and out in a couple of hours. I was feeling fine within a day or so, no serious aches or pains. I have heard some horror stories from friends and family about wisdom teeth removal, this was the complete opposite. A fantastic experience all around. Thanks for your care.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Pinho and team. I took my son to have his wisdom teeth removed under general anaesthetic and paid just $970 for all 4. Dr Pinho is lovely character and a highly skilled, professional surgeon. I saved myself a few thousand dollars by not going with the oral surgeon our dentist referred us to. Many thanks and all the best Dr Pinho and team, especially Marilyn who was so helpful and accommodating to us.

Based on my experience I would stay well away from this dental practice. Things got off to a bad start because I found Paulo Pinho to be rather brusque and surprisingly unhelpful. After a rushed initial consultation I was referred to a 3rd party to have x-rays taken which I duly organised and paid for. I was told I would subsequently be contacted by the dental practice but didn' hear anything, so I chased it up. After chasing I was then told I would get a phone call to discuss the dental work but heard nothing. So I chased it up yet again. Was then told that I might need to be referred to another specialist for some of the work and that the x-rays and a referral would be sent to my home address. Heard nothing, so once again, I chased it up. After leaving multiple (still polite) messages with their phone answering service I have heard nothing and have now given up. This has wasted an extraordinary amount of my time over a number of months. The lack of service and professionalism that I experienced from this practice is extraordinary. I will now be going elsewhere.

Had a really disappointing experience with Dr Pinho. As someone who works in a similar industry, I would never treat my clients the way he treated me. After waiting for 4 weeks for my initial consult, Dr Pinho barely made eye contact with me as he discussed my surgery and spoke with such a disconnect I wondered how he got by with his horrible people skills. During the consult, he rolled his eyes as one of his staff members had made a mistake and ended the consult by handing me a handout and telling me to 'go speak to the receptionist' before walking out of the room.
Stupidly, I still booked in a surgery date. When I called to reschedule the surgery, I was advised someone would contact me to reschedule at a later date. Despite canceling the surgery, I was still contacted by the anaesthetist and hospital for 'overdue' payments. Still haven't received a call back to reschedule the surgery either.

Dr Pinho and his staff have been wonderful. Dr Pinho's cool and calm approach really relaxes you, and the anaesthetist was absolutely fantastic. They did a wonderful job and ensured I went home with the right care and instructions. I will be coming to Wisdom Dental for other dental needs shortly after learning that they do more than just wisdom teeth.

My experience with Dr Pinho and his team was 5 stars ! It was not my first consult with a surgeon and it was def the longest. He went into all detals of the operation and also discussed all the risks . I ended up fine and with no pain or swelling. Also had no problem to book my review online. It s true that they appear to be very busy and I tried a few phone calls before been able to book but after all I just wanted a good surgery and price. Thanks to everyone there. Def recommended.

Loved the fact that I saved at least $1000 choosing Wisdom Teeth Professionals! My total cost was greater than the $970 quoted by other reviewers as I required general anaesthetic - however still came out a grand cheaper than the quote my first dental surgeon gave. The hospital where the surgery was performed was small and friendly. Most importantly the surgeon did a great job and I had no complications in my recovery. My first appointment was cancelled unexpectedly and there was some disorganisation in finding a later date, however once I was in it was all systems go in booking and performing the surgery. Thank you team!
