I visited Roof Rack World to source replacement end caps for my Thule bike racks .They has blown off because I had not locked them. Paul ( who I think own the business ) was there to help .He quickly found me the end caps and fitted them. He had to add new locks because I forgotten to bring the keys. He then spotted that one of my bike racks was loose so he fixed that .He then gave me an end cap for my tow bar which has been stolen. Twenty minutes later I was ready to leave expecting at least a $50-$100 charge . Imagine my surprise when Paul told me there was no charge !
No charge ! Can you imagine that in the cut throat world !
I was blown away . Check these guys for all your roof rack needs. They are the real deal !

I have had three cars fitted with roof racks here now, everytime it has been a good experience.

Ordered and booked the fitting, when I arrived the racks had been prepped and were ready to be installed.

My partner and I found the lads super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

We went in over the Xmas season and it was visibly very busy for them but with in a day they were able to accomodate my request and instal a rhino platform and backbone system.
They worked really well with me in trying to deliver the best result for my situation (texting me photos & and on site putting different platforms on for us to see so no guess work) as my Ute is set up for touring and I have a roof top tent over hanging the cab of my car.
We dealt with Alex but all the the fellas at the shop seemed super friendly.

Very easy and positive experience !

Highly recommended = Reviews are important to any small business, and even though Roof Rack & Towbar World where $100 more than another quote, that business had a few negative reviews so i went here instead with all their positive reviews. I also reached out to another company and they too, recommended RR&TW over other said company with negative reviews, so validated my decision. Having said that my car manufacturer was going to charge $900 for a tow-bar and $680 to install it, when i questioned how many hours is this figure came from they said they'd get back to me and never did.
RR&TW = Great quality work, very impressed with the whole customer journey and final delivery. They called me 1 hour before completion so i could make my way to pick up my car and they even installed a switch to cancel my rear sensors for when i am towing. When arriving just make sure you turn left up the up-ramp as per their image on their website. Thanks RR&TW you gained another repeat customer with me and I will refer happily :)

A great shopping experience. Needed some racks for a surf ski - they had heaps of options in stock, took a lot of time to explain how each one worked, checked my car to make sure they would fit, explained how best to secure the ski to the roof and went through the box to make sure everything was included and I knew how to use it. How to secure safely for local streets, driving at higher speeds on freeways, etc. They were really passionate about racks and great service!

Dan & Bruno at RRW Artarmon did a great job on my towbar. It was a complicated install but they persisted until everything was sorted out and did everything possible to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. You can feel confident dealing with these guys!

I have a 2017 Outback and was really unhappy with the stock roof rack for carrying my surfskis. After speaking with many people I had just about given up on having a good quality rack. Then I happened upon these guys in Artarmon. They did up a custom rack that I am really happy with. The experience was very positive as their sales process is a consultative solution process, not just selling hardware. We explored a few possibilities together, then came up with a very strong and simple rack. They really know their stuff. The pricing was very fair as well.

Thank you Roof Rack World at Artarmon for coming to the rescue. At short notice, we needed a Rhino Pioneer Backbone and Platform installed onto our car. Also an awning and other bits.. Most had no stock but you did!!! Sent an email last night to which you quickly replied by phone and email this morning. Then you also installed it for us TODAY. Excellent staff, service and good price. Loved the display room upstairs.

I was most impressed with the service from Roof Rack world. I rang the reception to find out if they would entertain my query as I had not bought the items from the store. The receptionist ( sorry I did not asked your name) suggested I call in and somone will check it out for me. When I arrived on Saturday, I was so impressed with the service and the expertise. I would definitely come back here if I need any roof rack items. And would recommend to friends and my bike group about this shop. I applaud your service!

had a tow bar installed and brought a bike rake yesterday. After a number of calls and visit to the shop felt totally informed as to my options with great information on products and seamless service, including picking up my car out of hours. Everything was working as required and helpful hints left on my paper work and in the car to ensure I knew some potential limitations due to my car. Keep up the great work guys.
