Thanks to Karl Knudsen Automotive, my Ford Ranger has been getting its regular maintenance with ease and convenience! I've always struggled with finding the right mechanic for my Ford, but Karl Knudsen Automotive ticks all the boxes of the perfect one!

I've trusted Karl with my cars for over 15 years, and have only positive things to say. He and the team do a terrific job. He's honest and open, and the work is excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We have been servicing 3 cars with Karl for the past 4 years and the service has always been excellent. Karl is always upfront with costings and we've always had a good experience. Honest and very trustworthy.

First time I've used these guys. It was a good experience.
Received a door knock voucher and decided to give them a go. Karl was very upfront and transparent about what work would be involved with this initial visit.
I was given a loan car (no extra charge), as my car needed to be kept for an extra day of work.
Full report was explained to me on pickup, and I was able to ask questions of Karl.
I feel confident my car will be in good shape til my next service; and more importantly I know more about my car's status than before I brought my car to Karl and his team.response / report this review -

I've used Karl Knudsen for 20 years for various cars including Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Ford and even crisis help on a Unimog. They don't skimp by using cheap parts or doing a cheap job. Great guys who do a good job and look after my safety and vehicles properly.

Absolute rip off. Bought the prepaid year of servicing from the door to door salesman, sounded like a great deal.
First service was $700 above and beyond the $169 already paid, majorly padded out with excessive component prices and extra labour that was "beyond what is included in a major service". Labour rate seems to be $143 per hour, but hours worked not even honestly recorded on the receipt.

I bought an introductory offer from door to door person - wasnt so sure when I bought it but it has been great. I got to know these locals and they have serviced my car ever since. Great service. Friendly. Reliable. I have no qualms in recommending them. Hidden from view on a back street but a local gem!

absolute joke, these guys knock on your doors to promote some 25 years anniversary of some sort, just as you think, ok, maybe for once get some car details to see who we're with at the moment, they walk off half way. Why bother knocking on peoples doors in the first place waste of time.
