Called in on a Private Pilot Licence training trip with two students. Met at the aircraft on arrival and we were assisted with bags via cart and Ute to the operations office where a taxi was called for us. Landing fees waived as we refuelled there. Any and all assistance renderedbest FBO type of service I have come across in a long time. Well done, we'll be back again soon!

A very small airport with an administration and a bar. When your flight is moved a half or 1 hour, then you get a free coupon for a soft drink.

Brings back the memories, during the middle 80's I worked on Hamilton Island for 2 years. There were few times that I would fly back to mainland with Whitsundays Air. I always loved the big sharp turn heading to the airfield. Flying back to the Island always wanted to land on the water but never did cause the water was choppy. Back then the staff were great so imagine it would be the same. Thanks for some happy memories

Super tiny airport with nothing much to offer. Plenty of seats and toilets are available.
