We were here in a rainy morning in September 2017. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, even though everyone who walks in are practically wet and some may be just looking for shelter. There's lots of information here, most of the booklets are by regions, I do hope there's some by the major tourist towns alone such as Cervantes and Lancelin.

Very helpful staff helped us with Rottnest Islands options that seem overly complicated. Provided good visitor guides for the rest of our trip around southern Western Australia..

We went there to enquire about day trips. One recommended trip was great but according to the staff at the centre there are no day trips from Scarborough to the Pinnacles. We didn't want another
early start so we left.Luckily we did our own research and found what we wanted. The Adams staff was very helpful we enjoyed our trip and being collected at Scarborough.
