Rudest and most uncaring receptionist I’ve ever encountered. I was told by my doctor to call today to see if my results were in. Before I could even finish my sentence, the receptionist cut me off and said “we’re too busy, call back later” in those exact words.
You’re dealing with peoples health and to be cut off like that, for something that may have only taken a few seconds of your time, is disgraceful.response / report this review -

Dr. San in the clinic is one of the best Dr. I ever had which I cannot count many. He helped me a great deal which many GPs cannot help. He was such a good skill and patient Dr.. He listens to patients' stories and works on it accordingly until cure the problem. The receptionist is good too and very patient. The only shortage of this clinic is the waiting room is too small. But a good Dr. is more important than anything else. A GP clinic with at least a good Dr. is better than lots GP clinics with no good Dr.s who can only follow the books and lost in the real world.

I've been going to this practice for 15+ years and find the doctors and reception fantastic you have to know the area to understand how great and caring these people working here really are.

Quick. Efficient. Helpful. Don't be put off by large numbers filling waiting/ reception 3 doctors on at each time. And which other doctors open at 530am so that working people don't need to take a day off to see the doctor.
