Dr Naseem Mirbagheri performed my colorectal surgery and I think she is highly qualified and skilled - she is compassionate and took time to listen to me and to explain the procedure and was there to follow through during my recovery. I recommend her highly for her professional and caring attitude. She goes the extra mile to care for her patients. I feel so fortunate to have had her for my surgey.

Whilst I am not making an opinion on Dr skills and expertise. I found her extremely rude and almost even aggressive. I arrived to my appointment 10mins prior and checked in with the receptionist. A lady arrived 10 mins after me and was called through first. I politely mentioned this to the receptionist as I was taking time away from work. The receptionist said that does not usually work that way and wasn’t sure why the lady went in before me. When I mentioned it to Dr Naseem said told me to leave if I didn’t like it and she got up off her chair to send me out of the rooms. I bit my tounge as I really needed the appointment to go through. Turns out it was a waste of time as I was not happy with her opinion (being a second opinion) I am going with me original Dr.

I don’t recommend this doctor. I had a hemorrhoid and skin tags operation done by her 12 months ago and I’m still under treatment by another surgeon to fix the complications. I saw her after the surgery to inform her about the complications but she just didn’t bother. I was left traumatised and helpless and had to see another surgeon for treatment. The surgical wounds took 10 months to heal. I’m still in pain and waiting for the inflammation to go down before going for a sigmoidoscopy to fully assess the damages done during surgery. I understand complications can happen with any surgery but I can’t recommend a surgeon who leaves you out in the cold when things go wrong.
