I have known Micheal from Service Central for a long time. I have fleet of refrigerated vans. These guys are just phenomenal with what they are doing. I am a very fussy person but I trust these guys with my vans.

Best mechanics there is, such a proactive team and the effort to get things going quickly always make me come back, amazing new way of doing things and delivering so far everything that no other mechanic has ever been able to do, exactly what you would expect from any other sort business but you know with most of mechanics you get always that well known suspicious approach, take to Service Central in Botany and you will notice the difference straight away, finally I find peace of mind to service and repair my fleet.

I Have been getting a service from Service Central Auto for around 8 years and would not use anyone else but service central auto, very responsive to my issues , great solutions to my issues and always on time, thank you for being there for me ! i highly recommend !

Came in for a timing belt service. Came out with new brakes that weren't genuine Toyota and have been squeaking ever since.
The mechanic forgot to put on our radiator cap when we left causing the car to overheat, break down, leaving us stranded and potentially cause damage to the engine.
Michael rectified the mistake by collecting our car and 'fixing' it but didn't offer any compensation or seem to care as much as he should have. Quite preoccupied with all the backpacker companies cars instead. Overpriced considering the work done and frankly under delivered, won't be going back.

Used to get my Commodore serviced at one of the large car dealers in Arncliffe, until their quotes became ridiculous ($400+ for a standard service). I was referred Mick and his team in Botany. They were friendly, reliable, and straight to the point - no technical jargon - which meant no unnecessary items on my invoice.

If there was a 6 star option for Service Central Auto, I would have selected it! Having been in the refrigerated and frozen logistics industry for a number of years, supplying retailers with boutique food products with very temperature sensitive requirements, we have found Service Central Auto to be the best group we have ever dealt with. Michael and his team have always been prompt, professional and competitively priced consistently. They have given us a high level of service which we had not experienced in Sydney with any other mechanic and we highly recommend any group that need their vehicles serviced or even new vehicles to rent that you can depend on, we would recommend Service Central. It has been like a breath of fresh air to work with Michael, in renting vehicles, vehicle servicing and advise on which vehicles to purchase. Good old fashioned, honest and quality service. Michael has ALWAYS taken my call and has given our business a level of service which we hope to reciprocate with our customers.
