One of the nurses with the long hair is such a beautiful soul. I've spoken to her several times before because I had a few enquiries and she was so lovely to chat with and offered me great tips and advice.

I've never been there before, but because of that individual, I'm willing to give 5 stars for such an amazing customer service.

I rushed my dog over after suffering herbicide intoxication, the vet wasn't open yet, I called the number at the door and the lovely nurse opened up and let me in. She was very calm and professional as I was panicking. She took his vitals and gave him back to me. I was swiftly seen by Dr. Chow who was very sympathetic towards my situation. She offered to admit him but i told her I'd transfer him to my regular vet. She was understanding and warned me on possible issues that could occur during transportation. Overall a very positive experience at Wakeley Vet. Thank you for your A++++++ service.

The people here are generally friendly and seem to know what they're doing.

But one thing is for certain, never expect a call back from them if you drop off a lost pet here. They take all your details but never follow up on their promise of calling you back to update you of the animal's condition and what will happen to it.

Kinda sad that I've brought several lost animals to this clinic and was never informed of the outcome.

Dropped off my dog for vaccination grooming and wash because our dog groomer was too busy ,worst experience ever, they rang me 2 hours later saying they need to put the dog to sleep because his not behaving which was gona cost me extra $75 , job wasn't done properly face wasn't done also around the feet still had long hair at some places wash wasn't done dodgiest grooming ever and still charging more then any groomer, very disappointed won't be going there for anything anymore.

We took our poor Staffy in after being over heated on an extremely hot day. They treated her with the best care I have ever seen. The reception staff where so lovely and welcoming. They kept our baby in over night and where very thorough with the checks they did on her. We've found our new vet!! Very pleased with the care we got on our very first visit there.
