Came to pick up two parcels. Refused to give me my 2nd parcel. Explained to him in a calm respectful manner about the situation and I had all needed ID to pick it up. Refused again. He did not listen to my reasoning and continued to escalate his tone and his visual frustration on more than two occasions. He was very unprofessional, terribly rude and his explainations were not consistent. His explanations were also unhelpful. He was not only showing this attitude to me but to a mute female elderly who was served a few customers before myself. If I could choose my closest LPO I would never go back to the bonnyrigg branch. Willing to go further out and wish to give 0 stars but both are not possible.

they do not have after hours pick up options and their open times (9 am - 5pm) are normal work hours, so if you work get it delivered to your office. Especially if you work in the city when it would take you 45 mins to get home. The man would not let my nominee pick up my package even though we have the same address on our licence.
