They should operate atleast until 6pm or should build parcel lockers, as 100% of the time they won't deliver to units and staff is highly unprofessional in searching for parcels taking unusually waiting time and always they're angry giving a worst behavior attitude !!

24 th of February . i visited this Australia post office.. renewing my passporthad my application form already completed and photos already taken. lady behind rhe counter start asking me a question where did i take a photo i should take a photo at Australia post office even Australia post office charge $17.00 I payed $15.00 somewhere else

Bad service, waiting one hour, no one can find my box, after a text message from them that my box was there (message arrive at 11 am) I was at the post office at 3:30 pmno way.
