Nathan was fast and good at his job, he changed my kitchen sink and shortened the drain in the backyard, the only thing is though I understand that plumbers will charge upwards towards $200 per hour for complicated jobs but $170 per hour plus call-out/first 40 minutes of $200 is a bit sharp for more simple jobs such as kitchen sink replacement.
Other than that he is responsive, punctual and good at his job.

Nathan was responsive and professional and kept us informed of his arrival time which was as he indicated - no saying will be there in an hour and then showing up 3 hours late. He was also respectful which I appreciated. I deal with all the trades people as it’s not my husbands cup of tea and I have come across a few who have either dismissed me or thought they could tell me garbage and I wouldn’t question it. Sigh.

I really appreciated Nathan’s honesty as well. I called for a quote to clear and/or repair our gutters and down pipes as well as check the storm water drainage as our patio area would flood during heavy rain. He was out the next day and sent me a quote that evening with various options including repairing some roof issues he found while he was up there which he showed me via pictures he had taken. Nathan advised he could fix the roof issues for us but indicated it would be expensive via his company and it might be better if we contacted a roof restoration company instead.

The quote process was painless and quick and the price reasonable. I elected not to go ahead with the roof repairs as I had already planned to get some quotes from roofing restoration companies. Nathan’s info just moved up the timeline. Luckily for us Nathan was able to complete our job the very next day due to a job cancellation. He was efficient, neat and tidy. Great work. I would definitely recommend him and we will contact him for all future plumbing needs.Thanks Nathan.

We have been having ongoing issues with a blocked pipe in our upstairs bathroom. This time it was overflowing. Not good. We have had numerous plumbers over the years but still the problem kept returning.
Nathan removed the toilet, inserted a camera, cleared the blockage. Then he went downstairs and CCTV from the boundary trap. From this he found a sponge in the pipe from when the house had been built 20 years ago. This was the cause of our problems for the last 9 years. Thank you Nathan for going that extra yard, on a Saturday to solve this problem for us.

Nathan was exceptional in doing his job. I rang in the morning to get a new hot water system installed and by 1pm that day had a New one installed. Very friendly and excellent workmanship. Would highly recommend Nathan for all your plumbing needs.
