Product was fine but I had to wait 4 days. When I ordered online it showed that the product was in stock.
If you need a product urgently perhaps ring them before ordering online

The folks at WPD were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Sourcing info and printing it out to make sure I understood why had to be done to tile and seal them. They called and followed up and we’re genuinely interested. Would definitely recommend them!

Purchased some waterproofing compounds for a renovation product. Staff on the phone were friendly and easy to deal with, even flexible enough to purposely delay shipment (and then follow through) so that the items I needed would arrive when I would be available at the site, rather than a random day.
Products (WPD300 and Ardex K80) did the job perfectly, too!

Fantastic customer service, unfortunately the membrane I needed urgently for my build was not going to be available for a month, so I had to cancel the order to meet my build deadline. Kylie spent some time trying to source an alternative, but unfortunately the ideal product was over $800 to ship to Tassie. She did put my onto an alternative source which I dealt with directly. As I said fantastic customer service.
