apparently I wasn't cool enough to pass a pair of shoes to. After a request to the middle manager for a pair of shoes to try on, she went and got them, but walked straight passed me and gave them to someone 'lower' in the coolness hierarchy than her to give to me. The shop was almost void of other customers at the time. exclusivity bs is so mediocre. won't go back there. and f vans for propagating such cultural values whilst claiming 'authenticity' branding, thats straight up hypocrisy.

Music is too loud to communicate with staff. Staff do not seem very happy to help.

I used google to check the opening times of the store and it said it closed at 7pm. I turned up at 6:30pm and the store was closed. Either the store closed early which is bad service as I was planning to make a purchase, or the information provided on google is wrong, in which case it should be sorted out to avoid dissapointing customers in the future.
