THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN YEARS!!!!
I rang the Rockdale store looking for a Wallabies Jacket after being told by 4 other stores that they didn't have my size. We only have what's left and wont be getting anymore sorry! (Said Miranda, Bankstown, Eastgardens and the Online store)
At Rockdale Stuart the manager couldn't do enough for me offering to ring around the other stores and get one sent to Rockdale. Stuart also said he would give it to me at the discounted special price saving me $45. Stuart got one in from Campbelltown for me in just 3 days and then rang me to tell me it was in the store. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!
I also had a gift card that was expiring on the day that I rang up and Stuart said no worries just bring it in when you can.
When I arrived at the shop I was greeted by a young man named Sam (Samuel B) who approached me immediately and then spent a good 15 minutes getting me a basketball. I was after a particular make and size (and after constantly hearing in stores we only have what is there sorry!) , Sam could not have been more helpful, checking out the back a few times and when I finally chose a basketball, Sam offered to pump up the basketball. Now again I say that is service!
This encounter really renews my faith in modern day shop service and in people that know how to do their jobs.
THANKS GUYS YOU REALLY MADE MY DAY! When you go to Rockdale Plaza go to Rebel Sport and ask for Stuart and Sam. I can guarantee you will get quality service. They were really were great!
