My overall experience with Valuations VIC was a very positive one. I needed a retrospective market valuation for capital gains tax purposes and the whole process was over very quickly. Very fast response to my online enquiry. Very fast response after I sent details of the home owner, who you contacted to book a time for the inspection.
The inspection happened on the booked date and I was advised of this and issued with an invoice. Within 12 hours of notifying your office of payment, I received the valuation.
