  Extremely rude staff who will mess up your orders and curse at you for their mistakes . I used to love this place a few years ago but now I am absolutely disgusted at the poor customer service skills shown by the staff here . I literally had to toss 2 large drinks into the bin because of how horrible it tasted .
  
  Extremely disappointed at how some staff treat the customers. Thanks for ruining our family outing and making the rest of our day miserable just because we wanted to drink tea at your shop.
  
  Save your time and head to Utopia Vic Park for a better drink and an even better customer service .

  I love that you can customise the drinks (eg less sugar, less ice, choice of topping) and the cakes are spectacular. The teapot cake is particularly lovely. Also, every staff member has been helpful, efficient, and lovely. I'll continue going here for the foreseeable future.

  One of my favourite places to go for bubbletea! I love the watermelon smoothie, peach or honeydew milk tea. The assortment of cakes are also really yummy.

  I went there today but I was very disappointed with their customer service; is really bad!!! This was my first time at utopia and the staff manner is rude even shouting at me! My experience was really bad and I'm sure this is my first time and also the last time at utopia.

  Open 'til late at night for when you have that bubble tea craving. Close to the cinemas as well if you want to take bubble tea to the movies!
  Cash only so make sure to bring cash.
