Great variety of classes. I particularly like the fact there are different instructors rotating through the schedule, which means you don't always get the same approach to the class. Facilities are lovely and clean and well-serviced. The heat is ambient - not direct. I am a beginner and was made to feel very comfortable and safe when using the equipment. The instructors caught up with me afterwards to see how I'd gone and invited me to ask questions.

Awesome yoga studeio! Many heated sessions and open late on weekdays. Staffs are all kind and beautiful!
