Have used this place many times because it's conveniently located to the airport & rates reasonable.
Reception staff friendly, some drivers more friendly and courteous than others.
Have requested a car wash the last 2 times, but never happened - excuse is that were too busy on both occasions ; not really good enough.

First time I used Melrose I was happy. The second, and last time, they told me that my car would be parked under cover. When I picked up the car I found the rear passenger window was halfway down, the rear seat was soaked and about an inch of water soaked the floor pan and carpet. When I discussed this with them 'nobody knew nuttin'.

Despite telling me the car was indoors, they left it outside for 2 weeks with windows and sunroof open, and the interior was destroyed. It was 50mm deep with water inside and soaked. They said that it had been indoors the whole time. It cost thousands to fix. Stay clear. Rude and 4 staff all stood there and lied. You will regret it.
