We are completely satisfied with job that Darryn from Undercover Concepts has done for us. He was punctual, gave us a good price for 2 Stratco pergolas and carport and everything from coming to quote us through to getting permits and then installation was very professional and friendly. He has a good team that solves all issues on the spot and doesn’t make fuss about it. We are very happy and would not hesitate to recommend Darryn and staff to anyone.

Darryn and the Undercover Concepts team were fantastic! Their customer service, knowledge and expertise from initial consultation and conception, through to completion of the project was outstanding and exactly what we envisioned. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner!

Very happy with the service from Matt and Darren from Undercover Concepts. From design, arranging permit and construction, everything went according to plan, extremely happy with the new split level outback pergola.
