It has always been a pleasure working with the team at Powerhouse, for the past 2 years we have been shipping planes and parts from US, and I have to say, every shipment is different, has its own challenges, but they have an excellent customer service, considering that there are a lot of people involved in making this happen, and the cargo arrived to our satisfaction. We will continue to work with them in the next projects and we highly recommend them. A BIG THANKS to all the team at Powerhouse.

Extremely dishonest and poor service. Powerhouse promised to save money on importing fees for a company I am involved with, but instead cost them thousands more for much slower shipping (it costs much less to ship express!). Do not use them. They will lie and cheat you.

I couldn't be happier with Powerhouse International. I was very niave and unsure how to correctly import my products from abroad. The team answered all my questions promptly and made the experience very smooth. They handled all correspondence from abroad and kept me updated the whole way - they even saved the day for me at the pickup depot when I forgot to bring the correct paperwork for dispatchbrilliant!! I highly recommend this business. Thanks so much :-)
