Avoid shopping here. I would rate 0 stars if I could. I was purchasing on behalf of a non-for-profit and government school. After purchasing the equipment that was recommended by the owner, we found it was not suitable for our use. When I enquired about a replacement the owner agreed to refund some of our order (as they didn't have suitable replacement equipment). However, upon returning the items, the owner refused a refund and told me to just sell them myself to get our money back. The owner was abrupt, rude and so intimidating that it made me uncomfortable being in his presence alone, so I had to leave the shop. When I tried to contact head office to speak to someone who I could have a professional, rational conversation with, there was no one. Instead, the owner rang my mobile, yelled at me and told me he wouldn't refund any items (even the ones he previously agreed to refund) then hung up on me, without even giving me a chance to speak. I was very shaken. The owner still has my money and all the items. I was always courteous and never raised my voice when dealing with the owner, so I found his treatment unprovoked, irrational and very unprofessional.
