This is the second time I’ve called up Malcolm to help. Like most plumbing problems, they kind of. We’d urgent attention and Malcom has been responsive on both occasions. We had a blocked sewerage pipe which was resolved by clearing tree roots, and the other was replacing the element in our hot water tank which had stopped heating. Highly recommend Mal, he’s friendly and in my case provided options for repair and for replacement which is great.

Mal came to our office building to test our TMVs and also install a tap. He was friendly, knowledgeable and presentable. He arrived when he said he would and didn’t take longer than necessary. I appreciated his honesty when I asked him questions and I really valued that. I will contact Mal for future work and would recommend him to other commercial building managers.

Mal was so responsive and fit me in within a day. He was professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did he fix the leak but he didn't even care that he had to (literally) hang out of my window to find a water valve. He went the extra mile, was careful and respectful - and was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Mal.

Mal was incredibly professional. Great price, fair and frank advise and prompt service/responses. We need an insinkerator replaced, Mal handled the job perfectly. He also happened to notice the bulky fridge water filter and recommended changing to a newer leaner solution that saved us loads of under sink space. Highly recommend Mal for your plumbing needs!!

Needing some plumbing work, I did some research and I came across Under & Over Plumbing Solutions. I gave them a call which was promptly answered by Mal and we setup an appointment for him to come out the next day. Mal showed up on time, was polite, easy to talk too and very professional. Mal evaluated the work that needed to be done, gave me an estimate to which I agreed and got to work. Mal took care of all the work needed on time and on budget and I'm so happy I gave them a call. I highly recommend Mal at Over & Under Plumbing. Fantastic work!!!
