  I don’t normally write reviews, however my experience today (23 April 2021 in Ropes Crossing NSW) has allowed for exception.
  I have had a water leak for a couple of weeks and called a previous plumber who spent no more than 5 minutes in my home, looked at my recycled water meter and wanted $1,750 to investigate where the source was! He was shown the door!
  After speaking to a friend I was referred to JG Wilson Plumbing. The lady that answered the phone was lovely and booked in my appointment and I received texts regularly to show me how far my plumber was.
  Upon arriving I met Jason. Instantly I felt at ease with him and after explaining my frustrations and previous experience, he ensured me we would get to the bottom of it. He investigated multiple solutions to ensure that the problem would stop. Sure enough we traced the issue to a dishwasher leak which we thought was from the shower as that had a leak also. Then again before leaving he noticed the recycling water meter still moving and found the recycled water tap outside was leaking and also the toilet was leaking.
  He walked me through to each problem, showing me the issue before and after then advising me of replacement part cost, then showing me the old part replaced and new part going in. All issues fixed and no more stressing.
  He was so thorough, so professional and even cleaned up his mess and I was so happy with the pricing.
  I can do nothing more that express my appreciation to Jason and the rest of the Team.
  I have found my “plumber for life” and would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone A+++++ Thank you :)

  I’m really upset, I had a booking for after 10am today with a bad water leak in my kitchen, there has been so much back and forth today and now I find out at 2:30 pm on nye that they can’t make it, leaving me scrambling to find a plumber so my kitchen isn’t further destroyed. I was a returning customer, and was going to suggest to my family and our businesses to start using you guys so it’s really unfortunate because I was happy with the work you guys had previously done. If you can’t follow through with the customer then please don’t book them in, have them wait for you and then tell them last minute you can’t make it. I’m really not happy and disappointed because I thought I’d found a good plumber I could use moving forward which is a hard thing to find.

  Best Local Plumbers in Sydney, called up and they came within the hour. My toilet was leaking and they recommended I change the toilet. I trusted them with the work so I went ahead with replacing it, they installed for me and there’s no issues whatsoever. Thank you.. definitely recommend !!👍🏼
