  Both toilets were overflowing and the sinks wouldn't drain. It was Sunday and was going to cost $350 plus. We were tossing up if we could we wait til Monday but of course no. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and prompt and the tradesman he sent lived close by so was there in 5 minutes. However, he found it was a council issue who he organised to come out as an emergency and it fortunately didnt cost us anything. We would highly recommend Mr Plumber with the way they handled our problem and would certainly use them again . Annette and Bruce

  The Best in town!
  I have used this company for a range of different things from new installations to blocked pipes.
  
  They always turn up on time and work in a very efficient manner, their attention to detail is second to none.
  
  I highly recommend Mr Plumber!

  Brad and his team provided us with a new hot water system and new bathroom fixtures. They were extremely polite and professional. It was clear that the guys were highly skilled with an eye for detail.

  NEVER AGAIN, lesson learnt. Had small reno done never imagined the experience would be so dreadful.Note.make sure you are given a contract and a detailed plan .check everything!These were not supplied to me but I trusted this company as I have used before for plumbing work and recommended to others over the years. My concerns were ignored and I now have a space that doesnt function adequately due to plumbing decisions I wasn't made aware of until.after the fact.Now this will incur extra cost to me in the future. I chose my own cabinetry due to the extreme charge quoted.The sink cabinet had to be placed where the plumbing had been moved to and a much smaller cabinet than quoted was installed.( Doesnt like to accept responsibility or fault). Oh..and I was told that they choose tiles and fixtures (Yes REALLY!😯) Wont be so trusting and naive again . I actually feel embarrassed on their behalf, shameful
